The Birr Equestrian Centre is a beautifully laid out establishment which caters for all levels of riders from the indoor arena, to the beautiful countryside treks, with a large number of trail riding and trekking options on and near the farm. With the Slievebloom Mountains at their front door step, treks have been tailored for all levels of riders. Birr Equestrian Centre offer a wide range of facilities, they are open all year with adult lessons on Wed and Thurs nights. They cater for tourists, Walk-ins and pre-booked lessons. Birr Equestrian Centre currently has 20 horses and 20 ponies, with an indoor arena of 160' x 60' and an outdoor arena of 180' x 80'.
